Biography

Postdoc ( University of Toronto) PhD ( University of Florence) As a passionate theatre director and scholar, my journey has taken me from the historic city of Florence, Italy, to the vibrant cultural landscape of Toronto, Canada. I hold a PhD in the History of Art and Theatre from the University of Florence and have recently completed my postdoctoral research in the History of Theatre at the University of Toronto.

My CV on academia

My professional experience spans a diverse range of roles within the theatre, museum, tourism, and broader art and culture industries. I have had the privilege of working with artifacts, curating exhibitions, and contributing significantly to academic discourse through numerous publications. One of my notable works explores a column currently displayed at the Royal Ontario Museum, underscoring my long-standing connection and interest in this esteemed institution.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep commitment to enriching the community’s understanding and appreciation of art and culture. I believe in the power of collaboration and am dedicated to fostering environments where art can thrive and inspire.
